A tile code, a photograph, and what you actually did.
A code and a title are all that is required, so you can start a record at the glaze bucket and finish it after the firing.

- Broke warm at the rim where the second layer thinned. Repeat with a slower dip.

Record the process
Write down as much as the tile deserves.
Layers in application order
Each layer takes a glaze or material name and your own description of the application, such as two brushed coats or one dip.
Up to three photographs
Taken with the camera or chosen with the system photo picker, which hands the app only the images you pick.
The firing details
Clay body, cone, atmosphere, date and result notes. All optional, and all of them are what make an old record worth keeping.

Pull the right tile back out of the drawer.
Search your library
By code, title, clay body, cone or glaze name. Mark the tests worth returning to as favorites.
Compare two tiles
Put two tests together and read their photographs and written process against each other.
Duplicate for a variation
Copy a record to a new code when you are changing one thing and testing it again.

Share or print a single record with its photographs and its full written process.
